Pricing

All prices advertised are inclusive of UK VAT at 20%, a VAT receipt is automatically emailed upon receipt of a successful order and payment.

Children's clothing is VAT exempt.

We make sure our prices are competitive, items listed are our best price. Please do not contact us asking for a 'better' price!

Click and Collect items

Please email sales@belpertackle.com to check stock availability and arrange a convenient day/time for click and collect items.

Hand sanitiser is available to use on the counter.

WE CANNOT SEND AIRGUNS, SHOTGUNS OR FIREARMS TO PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES.

By placing an order for a gun, moderator or other licensed product, you understand that a member of staff will contact you to arrange a date for collection of your item(s).

On collection, you must provide valid photo identification (for non-FAC air guns) or a firearms/shotgun certificate (for any other gun).

To purchase age-restricted items, you must confirm you are over 18 years old and that you understand these terms and conditions.

For simplicity, Belper Tackle & Gun's delivery charges are based on a flat rate, so you'll pay the same low price for delivery no matter how much your order contains or weighs.

All items will be shipped within mainland UK via Hermes or Royal Mail ,Tracked and Signed for service (at the present time it will be a contact free service).

A flat rate of £4.99 will be charged regardless of size or weight of ordered items.

Delivery will be approximately 3-7 working days.

Orders over £160 include free delivery to UK mainland addresses sent via Hermes/Royal Mail, delivery 3-7 working days.

If you need goods sooner, please contact us and we'll do our very best to arrange it for you. Additional cost for delivery may apply.

Last day for standard UK shipping is Monday 18th December 2023.

Last Day for Express UK delivery is Wednesday 20th December 2023.

Replacement

Refunds

If you decide that you wish to cancel your order for any reason, we will offer a full refund for the goods (not including any shipping / handling / return charges).

All return shipping costs are at the buyers' expense.

The goods in question must be returned to us unopened within 14 days of your cancellation notice and must be received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, unopened and sealed in their original packaging in a condition suitable for re-sale.

Any refund offered after this period is entirely at our discretion but postage costs will not be refunded.

All returned goods should carry a copy of the original invoice and a covering letter. We recommend you keep a copy of these for your own records. The goods should be packaged to a satisfactory standard in a safe and relevant manner. Our return address should be clearly shown on the front of the parcel which is as follows:

In the event that a problem or fault occurs that is our responsibility, the goods will be replaced, repaired or the purchase amount refunded in full upon our receipt of the returned goods. If the item was purchased within 30 days of the problem occurring the buyers reasonable return shipping costs will also be refunded, provided that we have been informed of the problem within this period and have agreed the method of return.Returns after 30 days are at the buyers expense, we will however cover our postage costs to return the repaired or replacment item within a year.For warranty claims beyond 1 year the purchaser is required to pay their return shipping cost AND our return shipping costs (at our cost price) for items repaired or replaced.All shortages or damage in transit complaints must be notified to the Belper Tackle & Gun within 7 days of receipt of goods via email after this time it will be assumed that you have received all items in good order.In the event that we have made a pricing error we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the buyer in full.
